Craft Room

It takes me way to long to find a picture to post... so I will go picture-less. lol
Now I want to know
Why?
why do I not do the things I want to do
why do I put off the things I said I would DO
while we are at it
WHY
do we have to listen to that stupid commercial
where everyone YELLS...why???
I mute it as fast as I can (o:

I DID
put the craft room 'somewhat' together
sorry
no before pictures
The problem is
If I don't label things
like every drawer
and shelf and nook and cranny
I will just cram things back in where they don't belong

Now
the confession
I don't think I can get back into scrap booking
I hate that I have had such big plans
and now
just don't want to do it...
I think I will put pictures in an old fashion
photo book
and the kids can finally look at them

The good news
I can take them out
when the
MAGIC
is back (o:

Good news
I did make some special valentines center pieces
that make me
HAPPY

Good for you! I need to get my craft room in order for sure. I've not been in the creative mood since I got everything done for Christmas. I think I'd better get with it now. If I don't summer will be here and then nothing much inside gets done. I did address some Valentine cards that were bought not made. Hope you took a picture of that centerpiece and share it.

I have known several people who got into scrapbooking in a big way and then just got tired of it. I still do albums and I don't even keep up with those very well.
I'm just impressed that you have a craft room, whether things are labeled or where they belong or not...I will have to see it someday.

I have a list of things I am procrastinating about - some really need to be done, such as my yearly physical that's 6 months past due, a trip to the beauty shop because my hair is PATHETIC!

I have boxes and boxes of pictures - even sorted, and several albums - my first post-"retirement" project - 3 1/2 years later. PATHETIC!!

As for the commercial - someone posted about it on FB today - is it JC Penney's? I rarely see commercials, because I only watch what I have recorded. I think I"m glad! What are they thinking?? Maybe I'll see if it's recorded anywhere, just to see what is going on.

We are all guilty of putting things off! Don't let it get you down.

So I am wondering what the centerpieces are? I don't blame you on the scrapbooking---too time consuming!

I don´t even have pics in albums anymore. They are all in the computer. Really really need to back those up, but am putting it off....
You are not the only one. :)

Well Pam, welcome to my world of procrastination and 'I just don't feel like doing it now'.
I tend to do things on a whim, when some uncanny spirit says `do it now!
Warm hugs,

Good for you to get that task tackled. My much needed cleaned/painted/organized closet is still glaring at me!
On Saturday I made a weeeee dent in it. I went thru old school bags. The treasures I found in those six bags!! And....I NEVER need to buy anymore mechanical pencils. EVER!
Ian was here and when I dropped half of a bag of colored pencil all over the floor he had a good giggle. And helped pick them up! Hope for his mama's sake he doesn't think thats a game now!!
Would love to see your Valentine centerpiece!

I've been working on my craft room for the better part of a month. I'm at a stand still right now for health issues but it's coming along just fine for now. I too do bins and label or I'd be lost. I also keep everything covered and safe as we are a animal loving home. They are not allowed in but none the less, safety first. I love your blog. The tea party is a hoot. Hugs.

GIVEAWAY if you would like to put your name in. Might match up with your next party. Hugs.

I was coming here to respond to your questions....but with my memory I probably will forget them and with your memory you may have forgotten what you asked....so now we are even!
My sons live 2 hours south of me and my daughter and family live 2 hours north of me. I am retired , but my hubby is not. When I said I am thankful for time---I just am so thankful for having time to slow down and enjoy things. I think of when I was young with kids, or when I was older with work and older kids, or when I had a sick MIL---always busy. Now things are slower and I am thankful for this break--one never knows how long it will last, so I am savoring it!
