So I promised to tell you about the blogger get together. It was just a small simple event. Not like some I have read about. I had so much fun though, I just might have to do it more often. Three of us Colorado girls met for lunch. Myself, Noreen from nananors.blogspot.com and Marlene from barefootsoul.blogspot.com . Noreen included a picture of us on her blog. If you go there scroll down to Friday November 6th.
I just felt like I had known them forever. Well, Marlene and I go to the same church, and we do know each other, but don't see each other all that much. What surprises me is how you just feel such a connection that you can talk and laugh and even pray for each other. I don't always open up and share things and I found myself talking about some things that were very personal. I am glad I did because I have 2 people praying for me now and I could call them or email them and I know they would try to help with whatever I had going in. Isn't that amazing?
Now what? The door is open for new and brave steps. Maybe Betty could come visit from South America (o: Maybe I could go to a dear blogger friends wedding (o: Maybe Kath and her trucker husband will stop on an over the road trip (o: I would love to meet my knitting nurse friend Kathy. Pea could come from Canada (o: My weather vane friend and I could discuss our health (o: My Prairie chick girlfriend could tell me all about her cute kids (o: Then there are the Grammas and Grammies and Gramees ( I collect them) and a Pamela!!! Theres a flower and a Pocket full of eggs and my sweet farm friend with the cutest little Honey Hen. Now my friend that lives on the beach in Florida... maybe I can visit her (o: I am sure I have left some out because...hey I am tired and... by the way... did I ever tell you I can't type. Two finger hunt and peck. I can just hear the sympathy flooding in (o:
Good Night.

I love the picture of your daughter and granddaughter.
What a wonderful time you three most have had at lunch.
We meet in the virtual world almost every day and I often dream of sitting across the table from my blog friends and sharing a cuppa and lots of laughs. How wonderful that you were able to meet up with these friends. I have a wonderful blogger friend from Colorado that I'm sure you would love. Her name is Noelle and she is the "mama to six".This is her profile page:

Tell her I sent you over!
It sounds like you had a wonderful time and it never fails to amaze me how terrific our blogging friends are. We seem to drift towards certain bloggers that share our passions and interests, so it is no surprise that even in person we have the same bond. You are my friend even though we are separated by miles. I am so glad you enjoyed yourself at your get together.
Oh I would LOVE to come for a visit!! There is another blogging friend who lives in Colorado and I would so much like to meet you in person. How far away do you live from Denver?
Because the last time I flew to Vancouver I landed in Denver and who know´s, maybe we could meet there? :)
If you ever come across the mountains please let us know. Terry and I would love to meet you!
